Official Draw Rules

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident physically located in Nigeria to participate. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible.

Entries are made by purchasing a draw ticket (from ₦500 per ticket) within the app using your funded wallet. Each ticket is a unique numbered entry into the selected draw. There is no limit on the number of tickets you may purchase, subject to responsible-play limits.

Na Your Chance may offer one or more raffles at any time, each with its own entry price, draw schedule and prize or jackpot. The applicable entry price and the prize or jackpot for a raffle are shown on that raffle's detail screen before you enter. Additional draws with cash or physical prizes may be offered from time to time.

Prize and jackpot values may vary between raffles. The prize or jackpot displayed for the raffle you select is the applicable player-facing value for that raffle.

Each raffle has its own sales closing time and scheduled draw time, which are displayed for that raffle. Entries must be completed before the displayed sales closing time for the raffle you are entering. No entries are accepted after a raffle's sales close, and each draw takes place at the scheduled time shown for that raffle.

Winners are selected at random from all valid ticket entries for that draw using a verifiable random selection process. Winners are notified in-app and via their registered contact details (WhatsApp/push). Cash prizes are credited to the winner's withdrawable winnings balance; physical prizes are fulfilled by our team.

Cash prizes are credited automatically to your wallet and may be withdrawn to your verified bank account. For physical prizes, winners must respond to verification and provide delivery details within 30 days of notification, after which an unclaimed prize may be forfeited.

Odds depend on the total number of tickets sold per draw. For example, if 1,000 tickets are sold, each ticket has a 1 in 1,000 chance of being selected for a single-winner draw.

New players who deposit a cumulative ₦1,000 receive a one-time ₦1,000 Welcome Bonus, credited once only. The bonus can be used to buy eligible raffle tickets and cannot be withdrawn as cash — but anything you win with it is fully yours to withdraw. A completed identity check (KYC) and a verified funding account are required.

Your Winnings balance is fully withdrawable; bonus funds are not. For your protection, payouts are sent only to the verified bank account you used to fund your wallet, and this destination cannot be changed. Requests are manually reviewed and are typically paid within 24 hours.
