What gets deleted

Your name, email address and phone number
Your government ID number, date of birth and login credentials
Two-factor settings and push-notification subscriptions

Your account is permanently disabled and you will no longer be able to sign in.

What we must legally retain

As a licensed operator (LSLGA), Nigerian anti-money-laundering and anti-fraud law requires us to keep minimal, de-identified transaction and KYC records (e.g. a hashed identity reference, ticket and payment history) for the statutory retention period. These are not used to identify or contact you and are purged once the legal retention window expires.

Before you delete

Withdraw any remaining wallet balance and claim outstanding prizes first — deletion cannot be undone and any unwithdrawn balance may be forfeited.
